About Me

Hi, I'm Angel! I became a doula out of a desire to help both moms and babies successfully navigate through this beautiful yet challenging period in their lives. I've always been drawn to mommas and babies; I even wanted to be a pediatrician for a time, and after having two children of my own, I knew I wanted to help other mothers and babies through the process. Supporting families through this season is truly my calling.

I'm both a Birth Doula and a Postpartum Doula. As a Birth Doula, I'm here to make sure you and your partner feel supported, educated, and empowered to make informed decisions and have the best possible birth experience. As a Postpartum Doula, I help ensure that, with support and education, your new family forms well and that you get the rest, recovery, and healing you all deserve and need.

I'm also a Lactation Education Specialist, and I'm all about sorting through breastfeeding challenges. It can be hard to get started, keep your supply going, and continue once you're back at work. I love helping families work through any mother/baby-related challenge and coming up with creative solutions. More than ten years ago, when I had my first baby, I made my own Velcro swaddles and pumping bras because they didn't exist yet, but I knew they were exactly what I needed! My goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and cared for every step of the way.

Practice Philosophy

My philosophy is rooted in the belief that the perinatal journey can be unpredictable, and that the more education, planning, and support you have, the better prepared you'll be when challenges come your way. I believe every family deserves the opportunity to access that education, planning, and support, no matter their circumstances.

I meet each family where they are, helping you feel educated, empowered, and ready to make informed decisions. Whether we're preparing for birth, navigating breastfeeding challenges, or finding creative solutions to whatever comes up, I'm here to walk beside you with steady, resourceful support.

Overall, my goal is to help you feel prepared, supported, and confident as you move through pregnancy, birth, and the early days of parenthood.
