About Me

Hi, I’m Angel. I became a doula out of a desire to help both Moms and babies successfully navigate thru this beautiful yet challenging period in their lives. I have always been drawn to mommas and babies and even wanted to be a pediatrician for a time. After having two children of my own, I knew I wanted to help other mothers and babies thru the process.

I am both a Birth Doula and Postpartum Doula. As a Birth Doula, I am here to make sure you and your partner feel supported, educated, and empowered to make informed decisions and to have the best possible birth experience. As a Postpartum Doula, I am here to help make sure that with support and education, your new family forms well and that you get the rest, recovery and healing you all deserve and need.  

I am also a Lactation Education Specialist. I am all about sorting breastfeeding challenges. It can be hard to start, keep the supply going and to be able to do once back at work etc.

I am here to help you work thru any mother / baby related challenges and come up with a creative solution. As examples, 10+ years ago, when I had my first baby,  I made my own swaddles with Velcro and pumping bras because they didn’t exist but I knew it was what I needed.
