In addition to my doula work, I’m also a certified nutritionist specializing in a holistic approach to healing using Ayurvedic foods. I believe that nourishing the body with natural, wholesome ingredients can promote deep, lasting recovery after childbirth. My approach combines ancient wisdom with modern wellness principles to support moms in feeling their best during this important time.
With a background in yoga, I bring a mindful, body-centered approach to my birth support, helping mothers connect with their bodies, find calm, and embrace the power within.
