Bree is a birth and postpartum doula with five years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period across home birth, birth center, and hospital settings. She serves families throughout Los Angeles and San Diego. Rooted in service to BIPOC communities, she provides compassionate, culturally grounded care that centers the client’s autonomy, informed decision-making, and emotional well-being.
Her doula practice includes prenatal education and preparation, birth and postpartum planning, continuous labor support, comfort measures, positioning and movement, advocacy, partner support, and postpartum care. She also offers infant feeding and lactation support, helping families feel informed and supported as they navigate the early days of parenthood. Her approach weaves together evidence-informed birth knowledge, body-based support, nervous system care, and traditional practices to create a more holistic experience of perinatal care.
Bree’s work is also informed by her connection to curanderismo and ancestral healing traditions. Alongside her doula services, she offers practices such as womb sobadas, limpias, energy healing, guided meditation, intuitive support, placenta honoring services, and postpartum closing ceremonies. These offerings provide additional ways for clients to tend to the emotional, spiritual, and physical transitions that accompany pregnancy, birth, and becoming a parent.
She is passionate about creating spaces where people feel respected, held, and empowered in their choices. Bree believes that compassionate care during the perinatal period can have lasting effects that extend beyond the individual to their families, future generations, and communities.
Her guiding philosophy says it best: “Todo cura, todo sana, todo lleva medicina adentro.”
My work is rooted in the belief that birth is a profound threshold, one that shapes not only the individual experience of becoming a parent, but also the emotional and relational fabric of families and communities. I approach prenatal, birth, and postpartum care as an integration of body, mind, spirit, and environment, supporting clients in reconnecting with their own inner knowing while staying grounded in practical, evidence-informed guidance.
I see my role as both a steady presence and a knowledgeable guide, offering calm, clarity, and support during moments that can feel expansive and unfamiliar. A central part of my work is nervous system care, helping clients feel more resourced, supported, and anchored in their bodies so they can move through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum with greater trust and self-awareness. I also hold space for the emotional layers that arise during this time, including uncertainty, vulnerability, and transformation.
I deeply value informed choice and consent-based care, supporting clients in understanding their options so they can move through their experiences with confidence and agency. My presence is grounded in cultural humility, deep listening, and respect for each person's unique lived experience.
At its core, my approach is about creating safety through relationship, presence, and attunement, so that each family can move through this transition feeling supported and seen in their fullness.
