About Me
I believe Birth is a profound rite of passage that shapes families and communities. My approach is rooted in trust—trust in the body’s innate wisdom, the power of birth, and the importance of advocacy, resource sharing, and preparation for parenthood.
Prenatal Support: Pregnancy is a time of deep preparation. I provide education, emotional support, and access to resources so families can make informed decisions that align with their values. Through advocacy and open dialogue, I help parents build confidence in their choices and prepare for the birth experience they desire.
Birth Support: Every birth is unique, and I respect each family's autonomy in the process. Whether through hands-on comfort measures, emotional reassurance, or simply holding space, I provide the support needed to create a safe, empowering birth environment. My role is to advocate, protect, and ensure families feel seen, heard, and supported.
Postpartum Support: The early weeks after birth are a critical time of healing, bonding, and transition. I offer holistic care, newborn guidance, and practical assistance to help families adjust with confidence.
By providing emotional support, community resources, and encouragement, I help parents build a strong foundation as they step into their new roles. I believe birth and postpartum should be experiences of empowerment, not endurance. Through advocacy, preparation, and compassionate care, I walk alongside families, ensuring they feel supported, respected, and confident in their journey.
