About Me

Hello! I'm Catherine Roche, but I like to go by Cat! I'm a 33-year-old wife and mother of two beautiful girls, and I've been a doula for the past two years. It is my joy and passion to support parents through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I live in Pasadena, California, and am eager to support more parents in 2026!

My approach to childbirth care is that every mom deserves the birth of her dreams, and it is my passion to do everything I can to give you what you deserve. I am hands-on in my support—I'll be helping with counter pressure, giving you food, creating a calming environment, and whatever else you need in the moment. I am not here to push my perfect births onto other moms. I really listen and empathize with the kind of birth you want. I use my discernment and education to help when you feel pressured into something you don't desire.

I am a calm presence who truly finds this role a joy and honor. Your birth matters, your choices matter, and I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
