I believe that pregnancy and birth are normal, healthy physiological processes, sacred life events that have a lifelong impact not only on the person giving birth, but on their entire family. My care is rooted in supporting the natural process of birth and trusting in your body's wisdom.

At the same time, I deeply believe in bodily autonomy and shared decision-making between you and your care provider. I center your choices, whether birth unfolds naturally or intervention is wanted or needed, offering comprehensive, individualized support in partnership with you and your healthcare team.
