I approach prenatal, birth, and postpartum care with presence, intuition, and deep respect for your autonomy. My focus is to create a calm environment where you feel safe, seen, and supported enough to follow your own knowing.
I don't speak for you, make medical suggestions, or direct decisions. Instead, I hold space, listen, and support you in trusting yourself. My care includes emotional grounding, breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, and (when requested) sound bowl sessions to ease stress and help regulate the nervous system. Postpartum, I offer practical nurturing support such as meal preparation, rest-focused routines, and helping establish a peaceful home environment.
I thrive in intense moments—staying steady, centered, and compassionate. I believe women birth best when they feel respected, unrushed, and empowered. Birth is powerful. Your intuition is powerful. My purpose is to support that power.
