Doulas offer a variety of services, primarily focused on providing emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum.
My path into birth work began with a passion for supporting children and families. From working as a daycare teacher and classroom educator to serving as a full-time nanny, I learned that caring for little ones also means caring for the people who love them. That realization inspired me to expand my work and support families from the very beginning of their journey.
Today, as a Certified Community Doula, I provide compassionate, whole-person support through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early childhood education. My approach is rooted in empowerment, connection, and respect for each family's unique experience. I am honored to serve birthing people from all backgrounds and identities, creating a welcoming and inclusive space for every journey into parenthood.
