Hi, my name is Elizabeth. I am Oaxaca-born and hold a degree in Sociology, with an immense passion and deep respect for maternal health and birth outcomes. With over 15 years in healthcare, I have developed extensive knowledge in prenatal care, postpartum care, lactation support, and newborn care.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside exceptional OB/GYNs, midwives, primary care providers, therapists, and pediatric specialists. These experiences, combined with my cultural roots and my journey as a mother, have shaped my approach and allow me to offer full-spectrum doula support that is compassionate, informed, and culturally grounded. I center my work in trauma-informed care, creating a safe, respectful, and empowering space for every client I serve.
I believe that every person deserves access to doula support—prenatally and postpartum—regardless of their ability to pay. I have witnessed firsthand the profound impact this support has on birth outcomes, maternal well-being, and the reduction of birth-related trauma. To me, birth is sacred—both fragile and powerful—a moment where transformation, healing, and new beginnings are truly possible.
