Esther-Priscilla (EP) is a full-spectrum doula, lactation educator, researcher with over 10 years of experience committed to ensuring every person has the holistic support they need for their birth journey. She draws on her clinical, research, and advocacy background to provide person-centered care, integrating somatic practices like yoga and breathwork to empower families through each unique experience. Believing that how we are born has a major impact on lifelong health outcomes, EP is passionate about cultivating perinatal spaces where fear is replaced with empowerment. Her deep respect for this work is inspired by the resilient matriarchs in her own family.
I provide person-centered care, integrating somatic practices like yoga and breathwork to empower families through each unique experience. I believe that how we are born has a major impact on lifelong health outcomes, and I am passionate about cultivating perinatal spaces where fear is replaced with empowerment.
I have supported a broad range of populations over the course of my career, including but not limited to: women and birthing people with and without support systems; those in recovery from substance abuse; those who are immigrants, migrants, and refugees; those who are non-English speakers; those who are BIPOC; those who are LGBTQ+; those who are experiencing high-risk pregnancies; and those with mental health conditions.
