I'm a birth doula and childbirth educator whose practice combines evidence-based care with holistic wellness principles. With a background in movement through competitive gymnastics and dance, I bring deep body awareness to my work supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My approach blends modern knowledge with natural healing traditions, incorporating bodywork, advocacy, and ritual into comprehensive birth support. Whether you're preparing for your first birth, planning a home birth, or seeking healing from a past experience, I'm here to guide you toward a more conscious and empowered journey into motherhood.

I offer support rooted in spirituality and holistic practices. I mentor women in surrendering to the natural unfolding of birth, rooted in reverence for the sacred rite of passage from maiden to mother. As a doula, I walk alongside you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum—not as a medical provider, but as a grounded, unwavering presence. I’m here to hold space, offer comfort, and help you stay deeply connected to your body, your intuition, and your power. I don’t replace your partner, midwife, or OB—I support your entire team while centering you.
