Hi there! My name is Jaeden and I am a full-spectrum, black doula. I received my doula certification through UCSD Hearts & Hands Doula Program in May 2025 and am certified through Medicare to work with various forms of insurance.
My own personal healthcare regime blends holistic practices as well as Western medicine, and I encourage all of the families I work with to incorporate holistic practices into their care when possible. Pregnancy impacts each part of your being and I always encourage my clients to prioritize mental wellbeing alongside physical.
