Full Spectrum Doula

About Me

Welcome! I’m a Birth Doula and Childbirth Educator with over 13 years of experience supporting families in Denver, Los Angeles, and Seattle. My journey began in 2012 after witnessing two beautiful family births in one unforgettable day—an experience that ignited my passion for birth work and inspired my path toward nursing school and becoming a Nurse-Midwife.

I specialize in supporting first-time parents, high-risk pregnancies, VBACs, and families seeking trauma-informed care. My approach is holistic, faith-informed, and client-centered, blending evidence-based education with compassionate support. I walk alongside my clients through pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum care, honoring each family’s unique experience.

I provide comfort measures, education, advocacy, and emotional support so families feel informed, respected, and empowered throughout their birth journey. I believe birth is a transformative rite of passage, and every family deserves to feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. I honor each client’s values and beliefs while creating a warm, inclusive space where families feel supported and welcomed. During labor, I offer calm guidance, grounded emotional support, and a steady presence to help families trust their instincts, their bodies, and the wisdom they carry as they transition into parenthood.

When I’m not supporting families, I love reading, traveling, exploring and cooking cuisines from different cultures, baking, and creating artwork and poetry. These passions inspire my creativity and help me bring a sense of curiosity, comfort, and care to my work as a doula.

Practice Philosophy

At the heart of my philosophy is a deep trust in the innate wisdom within every family. Rather than leading, I strive to humbly bear witness to each unique birth journey—respecting the unfolding of every story, honoring moments of vulnerability, and encouraging families as they meet the challenges of welcoming new life. Guided by my faith, I serve with gentleness, humility, and hope, recognizing the sacredness of every path. My greatest joy is nurturing self-trust in families and affirming the profound significance of their voices and experiences.
