About Me

Jasmin, also known as Itzpapalotl (Obsidian Butterfly in Nahuatl), is a Certified Massage Therapist and Full-Spectrum Doula dedicated to honoring traditional knowledge and supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Coming from a large family with many birth stories, she was inspired to step into birth work, beginning as a volunteer doula at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in 2019. This experience solidified her passion for bodywork and perinatal care.

With ancestral roots in Jalisco, Jasmin proudly comes from a lineage of Wixárika (Huichol) people. Her background in traditional Anahuac danza and ceremony informs her approach to healing, ensuring that her work is deeply grounded in culture, connection, and respect for the body’s innate wisdom. She has been walking the Red Road for most of her life and carries this path into her practice.
