About Me

Hi, I'm Kaelyn Crenshaw! I'm a local doula, postpartum doula, and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist serving the Sacramento, Modesto, Fresno, and Bay Area communities. This work is truly my calling.

My journey began back in 2008, when a family member invited me to support them through labor, delivery, and postpartum. At the time, I had no idea what a doula was, but that experience kick-started something in me, sparking a curiosity that grew into a career. Little did I know I'd stepped into a role that has been honored for centuries.

My path started with massage therapy, which led me into infant massage, then doula services, and now breastfeeding support and feeding methods. I absolutely love how my work has grown to support the body at every stage, helping clients through preconception, labor, and postpartum.

Practice Philosophy

My philosophy is grounded in the belief that it takes a village. I support families through education, hands-on care, and emotional support, helping them build confidence and connection both within themselves and within their community.

I'm continually amazed by what the human body can do, and I believe that with the right information at the right time, the body and mind can accomplish all things. Whether through massage, birth, or life afterward, I strive to support my clients in every aspect of their journey.
