About Me

Hi, I'm Katharine! I'm a birth doula serving the Murrieta and Temecula Valley, and as a mother of three daughters, my journey into this work began during my first pregnancy in 2017. Each of my three births was completely different, and with every unique experience, my passion for supporting mothers grew deeper. These encounters ignited a profound desire to offer compassionate, personalized birth and postpartum support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the fourth trimester.

Matrescence, the journey of becoming a mother, inspired me to embrace the role of "mothering the mother." I'm dedicated to providing unwavering childbirth support and empathy to mothers and their partners as they navigate this beautiful, transformative journey, striving to create a peaceful, grounded space where families feel safe, informed, and deeply cared for through pregnancy, birth, and the tender days that follow.

This work has truly become my calling. Through my role as a birth doula, I've witnessed the incredible power of women during childbirth and created lifelong bonds with my clients. Caring for tender momma-hearts during their most vulnerable moments has made an incredible impact on my life, and being part of such pivotal experiences is both humbling and deeply rewarding.

My philosophy is rooted in "mothering the mother." Inspired by matrescence, the profound journey of becoming a mother, I believe the birthing person deserves to be nurtured and cared for just as deeply as their baby.
