Hi, I'm Laci! I'm a San Diego–based birth doula dedicated to supporting families with compassionate, evidence-based, and heart-centered care. My path to birth work began with two transformative births that made me realize there's a real gap in the traditional healthcare system when it comes to supporting birthing individuals. I believe birth is not only a physical experience but an emotional and transformative one, a sacred threshold, and that every family deserves to feel informed, empowered, and deeply supported through it all. Walking alongside families through this sacred season is truly my calling.

My mission is to provide grounded, compassionate support as you journey through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. What I bring to each birth is a calm presence, grounded intuition, and a commitment to honoring your unique wishes. I've supported families across a wide spectrum of birth preferences, unmedicated, epidural-supported, VBAC, cesarean, and hospital, birth center, and home births, and my role is always the same: to hold a nurturing space where you feel seen, safe, heard, and respected. With both heart and skill, I offer individualized care that helps you navigate your unique birth experience with confidence and clarity.

Outside the birth space, you'll find me with my girls exploring parks, museums, and libraries, or savoring an iced coffee.
