Hi, I'm Lauren! I'm a warm, intuitive doula who felt called to birthwork as my true life path. Supporting families through pregnancy and birth is both my passion and my purpose. I believe deeply in service with love, and I bring a calm, grounding presence to each birth so families feel truly seen, supported, and cared for.

I love to support women with prenatal visits, body balancing, and home checks—creating a foundation of trust and preparation before labor begins. During birth, I'm there to offer continuous emotional and physical support, helping you feel empowered and confident throughout your journey. I'm also passionate about supporting parents in the postpartum period, and as a postpartum doula, I have experience helping mothers and babies both short-term and long-term after birth. Whether you need a few days of guidance or several weeks of nurturing care, I'm here to help your family transition with the support, guidance, and empowerment you deserve.
