About Me

Hi, I'm Louise! I'm a certified doula (CD, DONA) with two years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. I've attended over 40 births and bring a compassionate, family-centered approach to my work. Originally from Scotland, I grew up inspired by my mother, a midwife, which sparked my lifelong passion for birth work. Supporting and advocating for women and families as they navigate the meaningful journey into motherhood and fatherhood is truly my calling.

My work is centered on compassionate, evidence-based, and family-led support. I believe every parent deserves to feel informed, respected, and confident as they move through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, so my role is to provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support while honoring each family's values, preferences, and cultural background.
