Lurron Rogers, RN, CBE (Childbirth Educator), is a Registered Nurse and certified Labor and Postpartum Doula with over 30 years of nursing experience and 10+ years supporting families. For three decades, she's had the privilege of caring for and serving others in healthcare; an experience that deepened her passion for walking alongside families through their most meaningful moments, from pregnancy and birth through postpartum. She's especially passionate about empowering women and loves helping families feel confident and capable as they settle into parenthood, sharing knowledge and encouragement every step of the way. Supporting families during such important stages of life is truly her calling.
Lurron's philosophy is rooted in holistic, faith-grounded, evidence-based, family-centered care, care built on genuine empowerment and real support. As a nurse for over 30 years, she brings an evidence-based foundation to everything she does, while honoring each family's values, culture, and beliefs. She approaches every family with deep respect for all cultures and backgrounds, meeting them where they are without judgment.
When welcomed, Lurron offers spiritually aware, faith-centered support, but she never forces her faith on anyone; her role is to walk alongside families in the way that feels right to them. Above all, she believes in real-life, no-sugar-coating support: honest, steady, and grounded in a genuine desire to help create happy, healthy families.
Overall, her goal is to help parents feel seen, empowered, and capable as they move through pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood.
