Hi, my name is Lydia. Thank you for getting to know me. I am a SoCal doula serving San Bernardino County near Yucaipa, CA. I have loved being a doula for the past 13 years and have assisted over 100 families in bringing new babes into the world. I’d love to get to know you and help you achieve the birth that you want.

My approach is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: treat everyone how you would want to be treated. I am committed to standing up for my clients’ wishes while providing strong, steady, and dependable support throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. I strive to create a calm and reassuring presence, helping families feel informed, respected, and confident every step of the way.
