Hi, my name is Michelle. I’m a traditional birth doula who believes birth is sacred, powerful, and deeply personal. I offer a calm, grounded, and reliable presence through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, blending practical guidance with emotional and intuitive care for the families I support.

Hi, I'm Michelle! I'm a traditional birth doula who also honors western medicine when necessary. My belief is that birth is sacred, powerful, and deeply personal. I offer a calm, safe, and grounded presence through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, blending practical guidance with emotional and intuitive care for every family I have the honor of supporting. This work is truly my calling.
My postnatal approach to healing is deeply rooted in ancestral traditions that center community-based care and the timeless practice of "Mothering the Mother." Through herbal support, intentional rest, and nourishing food that replenishes from the inside out, I help mothers recover with the depth and softness this season deserves, showing up as a steady, nurturing presence so no mother has to navigate it alone.
Peace! I want to begin by saying there is no single "right" way to give birth. My role is to make sure you feel informed, supported, and confident in your choices, whatever path your birth journey takes. I believe truly good care is both practical and compassionate, grounded in knowledge, but always guided by empathy, and I offer it with a calm, grounded, and reliable presence.
I hold space without judgment, showing up with consistency and intention. I also support partners, so that everyone in the room feels included, connected, and empowered, part of the journey, every step of the way.
My postnatal approaches centered around 'Mothering the Mother' and I believe the postpartum period is not something to push through, but something to be held in, tended to, and honored with the same reverence as birth itself. I offer belly binding, herbal support, placenta encapsulation, and nourishing foods that help create space for optimal recovery and renewal, so no mother has to navigate this tender season alone.
Above all, my intention is for you to feel safe, seen, and supported as you move through this beautiful and powerful transformation.
Love & Light,
Michelle
