Morgan is a trauma-informed, full-spectrum doula and the founder of Modern Day Poppins, serving families throughout the South Bay and greater Los Angeles area. With over 15 years of experience supporting children and families, she brings a thoughtful balance of heart-centered care and practical, empowering support to every stage of the parenting journey. Supporting families through this transformative season is truly her calling.

Her approach is rooted in meeting families exactly where they are, emotionally, culturally, and logistically. Known for her calm, steady presence, Morgan creates a space where clients feel safe, supported, and fully heard. She combines empathy with evidence-based guidance and advocacy, helping families feel confident, informed, and prepared as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She leads with empathy, professionalism, and a deep understanding of how to support families through both the expected and unexpected moments of this journey, showing up as both a grounding presence and a respectful advocate when it matters most, so her clients feel supported, protected, and empowered.

Morgan has a special passion for working with first-time parents, high-anxiety pregnancies, and families who simply want to feel more supported, informed, and confident. She is also dedicated to caring for diverse and non-traditional family structures, always providing inclusive, culturally responsive, and nonjudgmental support. Her life goal is to keep helping families through the birth process and to build social structures that support families through early childhood, because her ultimate aim is to help every family feel seen, empowered, and capable every step of the way.
