About Me

Hi, I'm Natalia! After 19 years working as a hospital midwife in Saint Petersburg, Russia at the Research Institute of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductology named after D.O. Ott, I moved to the USA. I would like to use my experience and skills to help families in prenatal, birth, and postpartum as a doula.

My approach follows the ideas of Michel Odent, emphasizing respect for the natural physiological process of birth, minimal intervention when possible, and creating an environment where you feel safe, private, and free to follow your instincts. I believe in protecting the birthing space, honoring your body's innate wisdom, and supporting you in finding your own rhythm during labor.
