A four-time home birther, Nicole knew after the empowering birth of her first son in 2007 that she was called to birth work. She believes birth is both a beginning and a becoming, and she guides families with evidence-based movement, breathwork, trauma-informed care, and education. Since completing her MamaGlow Doula Homeschool training, Nicole has supported families across all birth settings - always centering safety, trust, and healing in every stage of the journey.
My philosophy is that birth is not just about bringing a baby into the world, but also about birthing a new version of yourself. I believe every birthing person deserves to feel safe, heard, and respected—and that birth can be joyful when people feel supported.
In our prenatal visits, we create safe space while exploring evidence-based movement, breathwork, and comfort techniques. Education is at the heart of my care—knowledge brings freedom from fear. During birth, I provide a steady, calming presence using reassurance and advocacy. In postpartum, I offer gentle guidance for lactation, newborn care, and recovery as families navigate this profound transition.
