About Me
Hi, I'm Olivia! I have over 13 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, including work with high-risk pregnancies and births. My approach is calm and evidence-informed, rooted in respect for each family’s values, intuition, and lived experience. I believe there is no single “right” way to give birth or adjust to life with a new baby, and my role is to provide steady guidance, reassurance, and practical support so families feel confident in their choices.
Alongside my work as a doula, I am a lactation educator and pediatric sleep consultant, allowing me to support families beyond birth and into daily newborn care. I focus on education, advocacy, feeding support, emotional wellbeing, gentle recovery, and hands-on guidance, with postpartum care being a central part of my work.
As a mother of two, I understand firsthand the physical and emotional shifts of early parenthood. My goal is to create a judgment-free, supportive space where families feel seen, heard, and cared for as they settle into life with their baby.
