Hi, I'm Rechelle! I'm a trained doula dedicated to helping families feel confident, rested, and supported in the early weeks after birth. I provide evidence-based, culturally competent, and relationship-centered care, with a focus on reducing maternal health disparities and creating safe, empowering postpartum experiences for all families. This work is truly my calling.
I completed my training with Grounded Beginnings Birth and continue to expand my skills. My care is rooted in building trust, creating a safe, judgment-free space, and offering education that empowers families to advocate for their needs, because I believe every birthing person deserves to feel informed, respected, and genuinely supported throughout their journey.
Currently offering postpartum support, I bring experience in newborn care, feeding support, maternal recovery, emotional wellness, and building sustainable household routines. My approach is warm, calm, and collaborative; I meet families exactly where they are and help them transition into parenthood with more ease, rest, and reassurance. Whether I'm supporting overnight infant care, daytime recovery, or helping parents establish healthy feeding and sleep rhythms, my goal is always the same: to ensure every family feels seen, supported, nurtured, capable, and genuinely cared for during this transformative time.
My practice is rooted in compassionate, evidence-informed care that honors each family's values, culture, and lived experience. I believe parents are the experts on their own babies, and my role is to support, educate, and empower, always without judgment.
I strive to create a calm and affirming space where families feel safe, rested, and confident as they adjust to life with a newborn. I meet each family exactly where they are, offering care that reflects who they are and what they need most.
I also believe postpartum care should be accessible and community-centered, not just a luxury. Overall, my goal is to help reduce maternal health disparities by offering every family compassionate, culturally aware care, so they feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for during this transformative time.
