My name is Rose, and I am a doula specializing in prenatal and birth. I love babies and welcoming them into this world! I hold a BA Degree in Communications, MA in Education and Birth Doula training from DONA. I have also worked in the nursing department in rehab, ER, ICU and medical/surgery units at a Hospital in Rhode Island. Having worked in the medical field for years, I understand what it takes to deliver quality care to patients and give them the basic bedside nursing skills that they need.
I love teaching what I know and sharing my knowledge with others. I believe in providing the best choices to expectant parents and giving them the opportunity to have the birth that they want. I respect all parents and support them in their wishes.
Few people can say they love what they do. I certainly love what I do. It is my life's mission to serve all people regardless of background. Having lived abroad for 8 years, I understand what it takes to be culturally sensitive to others. I have lived in South Korea, Taiwan, Colombia and the Middle East where I learned about aromatherapy. I hope to be a part of your journey and share my experiences with you!
