I am a full spectrum doula and lactation educator, supporting and educating families during pregnancy, labor, postpartum, and in cases of pregnancy loss and abortion. I am passionate about ensuring that individuals and families feel knowledgeable, prepared, and cared for throughout their reproductive health experiences. I believe that people are the experts on their own bodies and experiences and my role is to ensure their voices are heard and valued by members of their care team. I approach this work with a trauma informed lens, am LGBTQ+ affirming, and accommodating to diverse needs.
I center reproductive justice and health equity in my work. I believe that people should be able to choose to have children or not have children, and be resourced to care for their children in safe and sustainable environments, and that all people should have access to the medical care and resources that allow them to be the healthiest version of themselves. I'm committed to supporting BIPOC, LGBTQ, disabled, neurodivergent, and low-income people to navigate the gap between this vision and our current systems. I help people to identify the areas where they need support, logistically, physically, and emotionally, and creating a plan to provide that support through my own services, referrals to other practitioners, and community resources.
