Hi, I'm Tessa! Born and raised in San Diego, it's my joy to support birthing families throughout San Diego County with full-spectrum doula care. I have a special place in my heart for first-time parents, VBACs, high-risk pregnancies, and birthing people of "advanced maternal age."

I draw on my experience with births both in and out of the hospital, as well as holistic knowledge from my studies in traditional midwifery, yoga, and herbalism, to offer integrative care that tends to you as a whole person. This work is truly my calling.

I believe doula care should be accessible to all, so I accept a variety of insurance plans and offer flexible visit schedules to meet your unique needs.
