About Me

Hello, I'm Ugo! I am a praying doula living in Palmdale, CA, and the founder of Ibibiase Reproductive Services LLC. I am certified as a full-spectrum doula, holistic fertility doula, and a childbirth educator. With a research background and passion for maternal and reproductive health, I have substantial training to support your fertility, birth, and postpartum needs.

I am particularly interested in helping women reclaim their right to postpartum rest, care, healing, and transition. I experienced a restorative postpartum based in my spiritual (Christian), historical (African & US Black midwifery practices), and traditional practices of my Nigerian parents' ethnic groups (Ibibio & Biase). I draw on these traditions and practices—along with medical anthropological and evidence-based approaches—to inform the work I do with women, couples, and families to be as prepared as possible for birth and postpartum.

I transform fear into hope, peace, and strength by walking alongside mothers with compassion and prayer, guiding them to embrace their reproductive journey with confidence and grace. I am here to guide and support your preparations towards what you want. I also help women in seeking post-abortion care, prayer, and healing. Outside of my work, I love tea, oceans, learning, spending time with my family, traveling, and nature.
