Purpose
Raya Health connects families with doula support and partners with doulas to deliver respectful, high-quality, insurance-covered maternity care — with a particular commitment to underserved communities. This Code of Conduct sets the standards of professionalism, integrity, and respect expected of every doula who represents Raya Health or serves a Raya client. It exists to protect the families we serve, the colleagues and partners we work with, and the integrity of the Raya Health platform and brand.
Adherence to this Code is a condition of contracting and continued participation with Raya Health.
