Doulas participating in the Raya Health platform do so as independent contractors, not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Raya Health.
Nothing in this handbook is intended to create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Raya Health and any doula.
Doulas retain independent professional judgment over how non-clinical support is provided, within the scope, standards, and compliance requirements outlined in this handbook.
