Reporting Concerns
Doulas who witness or experience conduct that may violate this Code, or who have a concern about client safety or care, should report it promptly to their Raya Health point of contact or through Raya's designated reporting channel. Raya Health prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
