Compliance with Laws and Policies
Doulas shall:
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Comply with all Raya Health policies, procedures, and the terms of their contract.
- Fulfill any mandatory reporting obligations, including the reporting of suspected abuse, neglect, or imminent danger, in accordance with applicable law.
- Maintain any licenses, certifications, training, or credentials required for their role and keep them current.
