Purpose
Offboarding occurs when a doula ends their engagement with Raya Health, whether by choice, transition to another role, or separation initiated by Raya Health. This section exists to ensure a clear, consistent process that protects continuity of care for patients and maintains accurate credentialing and payer records throughout the transition.
The standard offboarding process described in this section applies to most departures. Raya Health reserves the right to deactivate a doula's access on an expedited basis in certain circumstances, as described in Section 7.
