Missed Visits, Missed Births & Attendance Expectations
Raya Health understands that unexpected circumstances can occur. At the same time, reliability is essential to patient trust and program integrity.
If a scheduled visit is missed:
- Notify the patient as soon as possible
- Notify Raya Health through the platform or designated channel
- Document the reason using neutral, factual language
- Attempt to reschedule when appropriate
Repeated missed visits without communication may trigger a review of availability status.
