Immediate Deactivation
In certain circumstances, Raya Health may deactivate a doula's access to the platform immediately, without the standard notice or documentation period described in this section. This may occur when Raya Health determines it is necessary to protect patient safety, comply with a health plan or regulatory requirement, or respond to a serious violation of the Doula Code of Conduct.
Where immediate deactivation occurs, Raya Health will work with the doula to address any outstanding documentation on a case-by-case basis.
