Reliability and Availability
Families rely on consistent, dependable support. Doulas shall:
- Honor scheduled visits and commitments, arrive on time, and be prepared.
- Communicate any unavailability, delay, or scheduling change promptly and through the appropriate Raya channel.
- Arrange and communicate appropriate backup coverage in accordance with Raya policy when unable to fulfill a commitment.
- Respond to clients and to Raya communications in a timely, professional manner.
