Platform Use and Non-Circumvention
Doulas shall:
- Use the Raya Health platform and systems appropriately, lawfully, and only for their intended purposes.
- Not attempt to access, alter, or misuse systems, data, or accounts they are not authorized to use.
- Not divert, solicit, or transition Raya-referred clients to off-platform or private arrangements in order to circumvent Raya's billing, payment, or service structures.
- Conduct all client engagements arranged through Raya in accordance with Raya's policies and their contract.
