Breaches and Consequences
Raya Health takes this Code of Conduct seriously. If Raya Health documents a breach of this Code of Conduct, the doula will be offboarded from the Raya Health platform and network.
Raya Health reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a breach has occurred and to take action up to and including immediate offboarding and termination of the contracting relationship. Nothing in this Code limits Raya Health's rights under the doula's contract or applicable law, and Raya Health may take additional steps where warranted, including reporting conduct to relevant authorities or licensing bodies.
